There are lots of different versions of Instore Radio, most of which are tailor made for each client and situation.
We will first discuss your needs via a no-obligation chat so that we understand exactly what you need from the system, which is totally tailored to your exact requirements.
Music
You can compile your own choice of music to play on your Instore Radio system which can vary depending on the time of day, day of week and can even be seasonable so no need to worry about what music is being played in your business as you have complete control over it. You can update this at any time via our dashboard OR, just leave it to us and we’ll update it for you.
Music, unless specified, will play randomly from the chosen selection.
Announcements
Announcements can be timed (at specific times of the day/week/month), can be played randomly or a combination of both. This is totally programmable, so you decide! Announcements can be changed as often or as little as you require and this will depend on which option of Instore Radio you take out. All announcements/adverts are recorded in a professional studio by professional voiceover artists or you can supply them to us ready made.
Equipment
We will supply and install all the equipment necessary to connect directly to your existing stores PA system. Or, you can connect the devices yourself, they just need internet, mains and a connection to your PA system.
If you do not currently have a PA system in your store/venue, we will be happy to discuss this and quote to carry out the complete installation for you.
Delivery
All music, announcements, content, etc… are located on our servers and is sent to your premises via the Internet which you receive via your broadband connection.
Local files are also stored on your device which will play on your local device in the unlikely case of a failure with your Internet connection. playback will resume as soon as the Internet connection resumes.
Technical bits
How does it work? We install a device in your premises that connects to your existing PA system and will play audio that is being sent from our infrastructure as per your schedules. If you have more than one store, the server sends the same signal to each store so all stores play the same content (if you require, we can arrange for different content to be sent to different stores).
